DESCRIPTION:\nTony Hart\, Head of Smart Oxford\nIt’s not enough to have t
 he technology. You have to ask how it will make a difference to people’s
  lives.\n\nThe Smart Oxford programme is the joint Oxford City/Oxfordshire
  County project looking at ways to use technology (from smartphone apps to
  autonomous vehicles) to improve the lives of citizens and communities in 
 the Oxford city region. This talk will look at the vision and the work so 
 far to allow Oxfordshire to capitalise on the digital revolution.\nBio:\nT
 ony Hart took on the role of Head of Smart Oxford in July 2018\, having wo
 rked over the past 35+ years in and with a number of technology companies 
 from multinationals (Intel\, Cisco etc) to local start-ups (Digital Oxford
