 Models\, defines 13 quality dimensions and 40 sub-dimensions. The talk wil
 l cover the standards available and planned\, and their usefulness in your
  business.\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\nJohn Estdale is currently Chief Archite
 ct at IT Architecture Specialists Ltd and has trained in ISO 9001\, TickIT
 \, CMMI and EFQM assessment. Throughout his career in software engineering
 \, he has had a strong focus on quality\, moving back and forth between pr
 oduct development and quality roles at Learmonth &amp\; Burchett\, Lloyd
 ’s Register\, Vodafone\, and many EU-funded initiatives. Recently he has
  worked as an architect for Sainsbury’s\, Nationwide Building Society an
 d O2\, with much of the development being specified for outsourced teams.\
