About Paul

Paul is an Associate Director at Jacobs Consultancy, part of an international professional services company employing over 60,000 staff worldwide. Originally trained in the fields of architecture and surveying, an enforced career change in the early 90s led to his becoming a chartered Transport Planner. He also holds two BCS charterships and is a registered PRINCE2 practitioner.

Paul specializes in the specification and construction of regional and sub-regional transport models used to formulate and evaluate local and national transport policy and to develop the business case for major transport schemes and interventions.
